My life revolves around training for triathlons, family life and work. All three fit together most of the time thankfully.
I live in Eastern Ontario which has many choices when it comes to cycling including the Gatineau Mountains to the north and the Adirondak Mountains to the South.
I am married to a beautiful wife and have twin daughters.
My long time passion of graphic design has been my profession since 1991.
I’ve managed to combine my design talents with my athletic interests by designing clothing for several clubs and businesses
