What is Turbo Crank?
Turbo Crank is a software based workout that aids in the use of your stationary trainer. It simplifies the workout by illustrating to you the workout in minute by minute stages. You have control of the workout. If you want to advance to a certain part of the workout you can use the navigation buttons on the bottom.
Turbo Crank gives you the exact details of the workout allowing you to listen to music, watch TV or talk with your training partner. Turbo Crank workouts are extremely portable and can be played anywhere a computer or iPod will go.
At Turbo Crank we know that a workout can get "stale" after several uses. That is why all 12 workouts will be at one low price.
Who is behind the workouts?
The Turbo Crank workouts were developed my Joe McNamara, a cyclist, triathlete with over 20 years experience using indoor trainers. He knows what it is like to ride indoors and get nowhere. His structured workouts will help keep you motivated and in the end you will get the most out of your indoor trainer.
